Welcome to Folafy, a platform operated by CivyTown Private Limited ("Folafy", "we", "our", or "us").

Folafy respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how copyright-related complaints, infringement notices, and content removal requests are handled on the platform.

Users must only upload, publish, sell, display, distribute, or share content that they own or have legal permission to use.

This includes but is not limited to: Images, Videos, Audio files, Designs, Logos, Artwork, Documents, Written content, Digital products, Templates, Portfolio content, Storefront products.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to Folafy.

By uploading content to Folafy, users grant Folafy a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to: Host content, Store content, Display content, Distribute content through Folafy services, Generate previews and thumbnails, Cache and optimize content delivery.

This license exists only for the purpose of operating and providing the Folafy platform.

Folafy does not permit the unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

Content may be removed if we reasonably believe that it: Violates copyright laws, Infringes intellectual property rights, Uses protected content without authorization, Copies another creator's work without permission.

If you believe that content available on Folafy infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint.

Your complaint should include: Copyright Owner Information (Full legal name, Contact email, Contact phone number (optional)); Copyrighted Work (A description of the original copyrighted work); Infringing Content (The URL or direct link to the allegedly infringing content); Statement of Ownership (A statement confirming that you own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner); Good Faith Statement (A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law); Accuracy Statement (A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and complete).

Folafy may request additional documentation before taking action.

If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was incorrect, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include: Your full name, Contact information, URL of removed content, Explanation of why the removal was incorrect, Statement made in good faith.

Folafy may review the counter-notification and determine whether content should be restored.

Folafy reserves the right to: Remove infringing content, Suspend accounts, Restrict platform access, Permanently terminate accounts for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights.

Users may not: Use another company's trademarks, Impersonate brands, Use protected logos without authorization, Misrepresent ownership of a business or brand.

Folafy reserves the right to remove trademark-infringing content.

Creators using Folafy agree that: They own the content they upload, or They have obtained all required permissions and licenses.

Creators remain fully responsible for any claims arising from content uploaded to their portfolios, storefronts, products, or pages.

Folafy may: Investigate complaints, Remove content, Restrict visibility, Disable storefronts, Suspend creator accounts, Cooperate with legal authorities when required.

Folafy is not obligated to restore content once removed.

Folafy acts as a hosting platform for user-generated content.

Folafy does not actively verify ownership of every file, image, video, product, or portfolio item uploaded by users.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable intellectual property laws.

Folafy may update this Copyright Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of Folafy after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
